June's Planning Board Meeting
If you would like to be on the agenda for June's Planning Board meeting please ensure that you have you documentation in to either myself or the Code Enforcement Officer - Patrick Doyle, NLT June 15th. If we do not have it by then, it will be considered for the next meeting in July.
This is a public meeting, not a public hearing so only those with business before the board will be allowed to speak.
NOTICE:
Would you like to be part of a team that helps to ensure that our town's building codes are being followed when there are projects proposed in our Town? Then we are looking for you!! We have an opening on the Planning Board as an alternate. This would require you attend our meetings and be prepared to vote on items if needed. We meet once a month on the 3rd Thursday (unless we don't have an agenda, then we cancel the meeting). The meetings usually are less than one hour. Please let either the Town Clerk, the secretary or the Chairman know if you are interested.
Agendas & Minutes
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.

EAF Mapping Site (to assist in filling out SEQR Form)
Use the links below to fill out the required SEQR (State Environmental Quality Review Act) form which is needed for any building or subdivision of property.
The tutorial below will help you maneuver this site.
The Planning Board’s purpose is to serve the town community by helping those members who want to begin projects, subdivisions and property mergers, do them correctly and in compliance with town codes and laws. Changes in property lines, commercial construction projects and most building in the town needs to be approved by the Planning Board.
