April 2024's Planning Board Meeting

  • Site Plan Review of property at 109 Sunrise Hill in the Town of Niles, Tax Map #148.04-1-5.111. Owner would like to add an attached deck to the existing structure.
  • Site Plan Review of property at 6434 Appletree Point Road in the Town of Niles, Tax Map #158.01-2-10. Owner would like to expand the ground floor and add a living room and add an office/studio and 3/4 bath to the existing structure.

 

This is a public meeting, not a public hearing so only those with business before the board will be allowed to speak.

The Planning Board’s purpose is to serve the town community by helping those members who want to begin projects, subdivisions and property mergers, do them correctly and in compliance with town codes and laws. Changes in property lines, commercial construction projects and most building in the town needs to be approved by the Planning Board.
