February 2025's Planning Board Meeting 

  • Merger of purchased parcel to be used for upgraded septic at 341 Acorn Lane, tax map# 145.14-1-18, owned by Catherine Diviney and Christopher Mack and 145.14-1-24.2, owned by Eileen and John O'Connor and Keith McCafferty, on Owasco Lake. Parcel to be subdivided and purchased from O'Conners and McCaffery property and merged with existing house property owned by Diviney and Mack, for upgraded septic system.

This is a public meeting, not a public hearing so only those with business before the board will be allowed to speak.

The Planning Board’s purpose is to serve the town community by helping those members who want to begin projects, subdivisions and property mergers, do them correctly and in compliance with town codes and laws. Changes in property lines, commercial construction projects and most building in the town needs to be approved by the Planning Board.
