The Planning Board’s purpose is to serve the town community by helping those members who want to begin projects, subdivisions and property mergers, do them correctly and in compliance with town codes and laws. Changes in property lines, commercial construction projects and most building in the town needs to be approved by the Planning Board.
May 2026 Planning Board Meeting
- The application for subdivision of the Nemec property on Glen Cove Road, Tax ID# 158.00-1-28.1 to divide out 2.49 acres from existing 160-acre parcel, was reviewed. Matthew Carver will be the recipient of the lot and is planning on building a single-family residence on that property.
This is a public meeting, not a public hearing. Only those who have business before the board will be allowed to speak.
