Selling Land & Sub-Division Creation
There are Lot Setback, Lot Size Regulations, Sub-Division and Site Plan Laws in effect in the Town of Niles. Remember, if you are selling land or doing any sub-division, you must come before the Planning Board for a review. The Planning Board meets monthly and you do need to make an appointment. The Public is welcome to all meetings in the Town of Niles.
