Notice of Public Hearing: Town of Niles Town BoardRegarding Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2022 entitled “A Local Law Authorizing the Use ofVideoconferencing to Conduct Public Meetings”. Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Niles Town Board at 5923 New Hope Road, Moravia, New York on July 14, 2022, at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing public comments on proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2022. The Purpose of this Proposed Local Law is to authorize the Town Board of the Town of Niles, its committees and subcommittees, and any other public body of the Town of Niles to use videoconferencing to conduct its meetings pursuant to Section 103-a of the New York Public Officers Law.
