Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Niles Town Board at 5923 New Hope Road, Moravia, New York on July 14, 2022, at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing public comments on proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2022. The Purpose of this Proposed Local Law is to authorize the Town Board of the Town of Niles, its committees and subcommittees, and any other public body of the Town of Niles to use videoconferencing to conduct its meetings pursuant to Section 103-a of the New York Public Officers Law. The Town of Niles is seeking input from Niles families interested in the Niles Swim Program. The swim program is for students enrolled in kindergarten thru sixth grade. It is held at the Auburn YMCA on Mondays and Wednesdays during July. The swim time is 1:30-2:30.
